Placing Orders Over the Phone

How do I change or cancel an order?
If you need to change or cancel an order, please either email us or call us to make the change or cancellation. If you cancel an order within 24 hours of when you placed it, we will refund your payment on your credit card. If you wish to cancel your order if it has been more than 24 hours after you have placed your order, a refund check will be mailed to you.

What carriers do you ship through?
We ship through USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Special requests such as overnight or 2-day shipping are available by request. Please call or email a sales associate to get a quote.

How can I be sure my personal and payment info is secure?
We only use the best when it comes to SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). All transactions (Including all of your account information such as your name, address, phone number, email, orders, & payment info) on the site are protected with up to 256-bit Secure Sockets Layer encryption via a Genuine Go-Daddy High-Assurance SSL Web Server Certificate. Do you store my credit card information on file?
Absolutely not. All credit card information is used only at the time of the order and is not kept on file. You must give us your payment info on every order. This is done for many reasons, mostly for security purposes.

Do any products you sell carry a warranty?
ALL of the products sold by RPMSpeed are for racing and performance applications. Therefore, many of the manufacturers offer NO WARRANTY, expressed or implied, due to the fact that neither of us can control how the products are used and/or installed. If the manufacturer does offer a warranty, that warranty applies if it is purchased through us. All warranty claims must be filed through the manufacturer directly. Many of the products are not for legal use on public roads and are deemed for off-road use only. The buyer assumes all risk and liability when purchasing any of these products. How do I know if a product is in stock or on backorder?
Most items listed on our site are in stock at all times. Larger items such as Superchargers or special order items that are specific to your car are not kept in stock. If you place an order on an item that is not in stock or is on backorder, you will receive either an email or a phone call stating that the item is not in stock or is on backorder. It is then up to you to decide what you would like to do.
