I installed this stick on a Hurst billet plus shifter in my '98 Formula - the install was simple but the holes on the shifter were much bigger than the bolts provided, which meant there was potential for the stick to slip out of place on hard shifts. I found after driving it for a short while that the stick being straight up and down put the gates way too far over to be comfortable to me. I pulled it out and had the stock Hurst stick cut and welded to the same length. Much better feel in my opinion. I would say if you have an aftermarket shifter, you're better off having the stick cut and welded rather than buying this piece. It's manufactured very well and I am sure it is an EXCELLENT upgrade to the factory stick, but it's just not right for me.
